Students who receive a digital MC (DigiMC) can now submit it online via FormSG. Follow the steps outlined to complete your submission.

Submission of Electronic Medical Certificate
As part of the whole-of-nation effort to harness digital technologies to transform Singapore, our students may now receive a digital MC (DigiMC) from doctors instead. Students who receive a DigiMC are required to submit the MC link via FormSg (opens in new tab)
